Evergent Group Adds HR Expert to Leadership Team

Evergent Group is proud to announce the addition of Kathleen Fouts, SPHR-CA, as Director of Human Resources.

Fouts has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and is certified as Senior Professional Human Resources-CA (SPHR-CA), through the Human Resources Certification Institute. Adept in all areas of human resources, Fouts specialties include labor law, organizational development, performance management, and training.

Fouts is DISC certified. She is a former Board of Directors member of both the National Human Resources Association-San Diego and the San Diego chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management. Fouts is a member of National Society for Human Resource Management and San Diego Human Resources Forum.
